The piece explored both  women\u2019s journeys to freeing their true selves. Derbez\u2019s violin, singing,  and breathwork were haunting and soulful, and Rupert\u2019s movements were  expressive and powerful. Both women performed as though they were  conjuring spirits to rise.<br><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mooneyontheatre.com\/2019\/08\/24\/review-2019-your-dance-fest-program-1-random-acts-of-dance\/#more-53621\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">-Mooney on theater<\/a><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mirrors is a unique artistic  experience in which the public gets captivated by the interplay of light  and sound, which constitutes a complex fight and peace-making with our  inner self. Paulina\u2019s powerful voice and violin playing go deep into your  unconscious.
