here<\/a><\/p>\n\u201cThe performance at the Mexican embassy in Rome a week ago was a new experience for me. At the same time it was unique in that we not only were experiencing the performance of two well established musicians, Paulina (violinist) and Barbara (pianist), but we had the pleasure of experiencing simultaneously during the musical performance the creation of visual art that was projected on the wall behind Barbara and Paulina. Jaime, the visual artist, executed his art, using an iPad, based on the music that was performed. At the same time he was using all his creative faculties, all his creative energy, complete focus to execute the visuals, which were growing in front of us LISTENERS and at the same time VIEWERS. It was quite a spectacle and experience. As viewers\/listeners we had to be fully immersed, in order to enjoy fully the performance. I must also ad, that Paulina\u2019s performance was full of energy. I had the impression, that Paulina was so deeply immersed in her performance, that she seemed to be in a trance. Not only was Paulina performing using her violin. Her total being was performing. Not only was she an excellent violinist, but she showed her high acting capabilities. Paulina also has a beautiful and strong voice. Together with Barbara they gave an excellent performance. I\u2019m a visual artist who likes music (vocal and instrumental) very much. Who at a very young age sang, first in boys and later, as an adult, in mixed choirs. I do strongly believe that music and visual art go hand in hand. To me they are inseparable!!! And I believe, it\u2019s not just my view. We know for a fact that a lot of music was created inspired by visual art, nature\u2026 When I listen to music, especially at a life performance, I close my eyes and \u201cvisualize\u201d what I\u2019m hearing. Not only do I imagine\/create visuals, but I also hear the music much better. As a visual artist, from time to time, during the performance of Paulina, Barbara and Jaime I did close my eyes and worked on my own \u201ccreations\u201d. In other words, this concert was very inspirational!!!\u201d<\/p>\n
