Paulina Derbez is a violinist, author, and educator. She has performed, conducted workshops, delivered lectures, and held masterclasses in countries such as Japan, Germany, France, Austria, Italy, Switzerland, Colombia, Costa Rica, and Mexico. Derbez earned her master’s degree in music pedagogy from the Escola Superior de Música de Catalunya and is a certified mentor in HeartMath by the HeartMath Institute. She is the founder of the Conscious Musician Program, the president of the Mexican Network of Healthy Conservatories, and a member of the scientific committee of the 2023 International Symposium on Performance Science.
